Participation Guidelines
To maintain a fair and enjoyable experience for all members, all submitted photographs must follow the club rules. Submissions must be original works created by the participant. Acceptable file formats include JPEG, PNG, GIF, or WEBP, and file sizes should not exceed 1MB. All photos must adhere to the chosen category’s theme, whether it is wildlife, still life, or any other designated topic.
Offensive or inappropriate content will not be tolerated. Any submissions not meeting the specified requirements may be removed without notice. Members are encouraged to provide accurate and descriptive titles for their submissions, and each photo should include relevant alternate text for accessibility purposes. By participating, members agree to abide by these rules.
